These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Tito Limos website and the booking of our chauffeur and limousine services across Canada. By using our website or booking a ride with us, you agree to these terms.

Tito Limos provides chauffeur-driven vehicle hire, including airport transfers, hourly hire, and point-to-point trips. Vehicle availability, routes, and pricing may vary by city and season.

All prices are shown in Canadian dollars (CAD) and may include applicable taxes and fees. A booking is confirmed once payment has been processed and you receive a confirmation email.

We reserve the right to adjust pricing for changes to pickup location, route, waiting time, or additional stops requested after booking.

You may cancel or amend a booking by contacting us in advance of your scheduled pickup time. Cancellations made close to the pickup time may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Passengers are expected to treat our chauffeurs and vehicles with respect. We reserve the right to refuse or end a trip in cases of unsafe, abusive, or unlawful behaviour, without a refund.

Tito Limos is not liable for delays or losses arising from circumstances outside our reasonable control, including traffic, weather, or other events beyond our control. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be excluded under Canadian law.

These terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the province in which your service is provided.
